The primary goal of the NKA is to improve the health and well being of individuals affected by kidney and urinary tract diseases, and to increase the availability of all organs for transplant. Secondary goals consist of: gaining adequate support for research and training; fostering the continuing education of health care professionals; expanding and developing patient services and community resources, increasing public knowledge of kidney and urinary tract diseases and organ donation; monitoring health care policy; increasing fund raising to allow continuation of present programs and the development of new programs. So please join for a fun morning!
